A Simple Step-By-Step Process

We can create wine rack plans to turn any closet, empty room, or unused space in your home or office into the wine cellar of your dreams.

Step 1: Preparation

Before initiating the design process you should:

• Determine exactly where the wine cellar will be located.

• Establish the planned finished dimensions of your wine room, including ceiling height and location of your wine cooling system (if applicable) and wine cellar door.

• Estimate the number of bottles that you would like your wine cellar to hold.

• Choose the racking elements and features you want in your wine cellar.

Step 2: Initial Design Request Once you have completed the above:

• Provide us with room dimensions, or architectural drawings, or a hand-drawn floor plan of your wine cellar space with as many dimensional and storage details as possible.

• Call us at 631-298-1020 to discuss the details of your project with our design consultant.

Step 3: Design and Proposal

Based on the information received from your consultation, we will create a complimentary design and proposal for your review. Your new wine rack plans should not take more than 3 days.

Step 4: Your Review of Design and Proposal

Your proposal and design will be e-mailed to you:

• After reviewing the design and proposal, call or e-mail your Design Consultant with comments.

Step5: Final Drawing

The initial design, is complimentary. In the event that a second design is requested, we ask for a project deposit for the second design, (billed out at an hourly rate of $75). Please contact your design consultant for more information.

Step 6: Ordering

Once you are fully satisfied that the design and proposal perfectly fit your needs and you are ready to proceed:

• The drawings and proposal are signed.

• A 30% Project Deposit is paid to put the job into production.

• Ask your Design Consultant about production lead times for our products.
