Hookless Shower Curtain

You will commonly find a hookless shower curtain in a hotel room or in a hospital. They are ADA compliant and easy for handicapped people to use. However, there's no reason why you can't use them in your home as well. Any shower curtain will make a major difference to the look of a newly redecorated bathroom.

Shower curtains are easier to use and easier to clean than shower doors. And the initial cost is much less. I suppose some homeowners and builders consider shower doors an upgrade to shower curtains, but I disagree. The only advantage I can see to a shower door is that some models come with a built in towel bar.

A hookless curtain is very easy to install. Instead of hooks or rings, simply fold the curtain over the bar and attach it to itself with either snaps or Velcro (determined by the manufacturer). And they come in styles ranging from elegant, to country, to whimsical. A plaid can make you feel like you're in Great Britain, or a red, white, and blue color scheme can make you feel patriotic.

If you can't find a hookless curtain that appeals to you, there are loads of great looking shower curtains available that use hooks or rings. These come in a huge variety of patterns and colors which help to make them the focal point of any new bathroom design.

This is just an introduction to the hookless type of shower curtains. The best way to become familiar with them is to go to the store and investigate for yourself. You can also browse here Hookless Shower Curtains.

If you then have any other questions or comments about getting a hookless shower curtain let me know.
