Bathroom Towel Racks
Usually the bathroom towel racks look somewhere between bad and awful. Especially if there's a couple of towels hanging on them that are well past their scheduled laundry date.
The good news is that you have plenty of choice when it comes to towel racks. I understand if you don't want to spend a small fortune on something that just holds your towels, but you can do so much better than that fake chrome monstrosity sticking out of your wall.
There are so many fantastic designs to choose from. Your towel rack is something that people are going to see every time they use your bathroom (we're assuming all your guests wash their hands of course).
So when you're decorating a bathroom the towel rack should be on your list of things to do right. One variation of bathroom towel racks is the towel warmer.
There are 2 kinds of towel warmers - electric and hydronic. Most people go with electric because it's so easy to install (compared to hydronic - which requires a major plumbing job). However, hydronic costs less to use.
A towel warmer may be just what you need for your home! Many times when you go to a spa or a resort hotel, you can get your towels already warmed for you. You can now have that same feeling with a towel warmer in your home.
It is possible to buy one at www.Brookstone.com for about $80. This particular towel warmer is quite large and it can hold two very large towels.
Versatile - You can also use towel warmers to warm up your scarves, hats and mittens during those cold months. Aaaahh, putting on warm cloths feels awfully good. What a country.
Quick - The towel warmer works very quickly too! You can have warm towels for yourself in as little as five minutes! But if you ask me if I would have one, I would have to say no.
That's because I have my towel bar placed directly over a heating vent. In the winter, the towels are always warm. If you have a layout that allows you to place your towels over a heating vent, I strongly recommend it.

Remember it's not just a case of how well the bathroom towel racks look, but how the whole room works and how it all fits together. There's no point in buying an ornate towel rack for a bathroom that's a work of Zen minimalist art. The more the bathroom flows (pun intended) the more people will be impressed by it.
There's nothing worse than a room that's so disjointed it looks like somebody ordered a pile of stuff from a catalog, threw it in the middle of the room, and then tossed in a grenade. When Frenchmen do that in their kitchens, they get linoleum blownapart. (It's not a good day).
Your attention to detail won't go unnoticed and you will have a bathroom that you can be very pleased to show off to your visitors.
