4. Site Sponsorship - text link ad on over 100 Tier 3 pages (in right column) = $350 / year

For Banner Ads, add $25 to any of the above.

Terms and Restrictions:

Rates are yearly. Prices are subject to change upon renewal, based on traffic at that time.

We will not place banner ads on our home page.

We will not place any ads that are not pertinent to our visitors (homeowners). We reserve the right to review prospective ads and reject them if we don't find them to be appropriate.

GUARANTEE: If you're not satisfied, notify us that you wish to discontinue your ad and we will refund the pro-rated balance of your payment, and remove your ad.
